Terms of service
Khomotso Video Studio provides remote video editing. Services are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped. Orders are accepted only after scope, price and availability are confirmed in writing. Payment arrangements are provided after acceptance. No recurring charges apply.
Clients must own or hold permission to use all supplied video, music, images and branding. Revision rounds cover changes within the original brief; new footage, a new concept or extra formats require a separate quote approved before work begins. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback.
Final agreed exports are delivered by download link or email after payment is confirmed. Editable source files are excluded unless expressly agreed. Portfolio use of client material requires permission. Contact larissaabel68@gmail.com or +27 82 611 4511 for project support.
Cancellation & refund policy
Request cancellation or a refund by email with your order reference and reason. Cancellations before editing starts receive a full refund. If work has started, any deduction must reflect work actually completed and be explained to you; the unused balance is refundable. If the studio cannot deliver the agreed service, the undelivered portion is refundable.
For a delivered edit that does not match the agreed brief, report the issue so the studio can correct it within scope. If it cannot be corrected, an appropriate partial or full refund will be assessed. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days using the original payment method where possible; provider processing times may vary. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
Privacy policy
The studio uses contact details, project briefs, supplied footage and order information to quote, deliver work, communicate with clients and manage transactions. This page does not upload your footage, submit your form to a server, or store your form in browser storage. The order email is composed locally for you to review and send using your email provider.
Do not send passwords or card details by email. When payment links are enabled, payment details will be handled by the payment provider under its own privacy policy. Hosting and email providers process data needed to provide their services. Client data is not sold or used for portfolio promotion without permission.
Project materials are retained while needed for delivery and agreed revisions, then deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
